Brian Wylie-Associate Director of Operations

In his fifth year, Brian has managed and co-directed the North Shore Lacrosse League to a resounding success.  With great attention to detail and a rich lacrosse pedigree from Lincoln Subury, Brian provides the vision necessary to maintain, promote, and expand the league within the parameters of the higher standards NSL is committed to.

Brian is the Athletic Director at Endicott College. He was the founding coach of the nationally ranked Division III Endicott College Lacrosse Team and the founding coach of the EC Ice Hockey Team. Brian played collegiate hockey and lacrosse at St. Anselm College and has coached youth, high school, and college level sports. With a criminal justice degree, elementary teaching certificate, and Master's degree in Organizational Management he has the background and expertise that compliments an extremely prepared team.

Craig Roderick-Associate Director of Operations, Strength and Conditioning Coach

In his fifth year, Craig has managed and co-directed the North Shore Lacrosse League to a resounding success.  Involved in all operations from creative marketing and research, to team recruitment and outreach, and event management, Craig is proud to quickly answer any question from any coach, parent, or player at any time at the first opportunity.  NSL prides itself on matching customer service with safe and competitive lacrosse delivery-a direct result of Craig's leadership.

Craig is the Assistant Director of the Post Center/Director of Fitness at Endicott College.  He is also an Instructor in Sport Management, a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) and Strength and Conditioning Coach (CSCS). Craig has worked in the high school, collegiate, and professional sports levels as an administrator, strength coach, and Athletic Trainer. After working with the New England Patriots as one of four full-time assistants throughout the 1998 playoff season, Craig went on to recieve his MBA and Masters of Science in Business Education from SNHU.  Craig coaches individuals looking to focus on strength development, from beginners to advanced levels (freshman in HS to NSL alum and Division I Providence faceoff specialist). 

Jeff Pardue-Assistant Director, Site/Game Operations, Promotions and Sports Information

A 2006 graduate of Endicott College, Jeff tended goal for both the Endicott ice hockey team, as well as the lacrosse team, which captured back-to-back conference championships and appeared in multiple NCAA Division III national tournaments. He was a standout lacrosse player at Kennebunk High School, where he set six school records and was named a 2002 First Team Maine All-State recipient. Jeff holds a BS in Communications and is currently the Sports Information Director at Endicott College.

Michael Amato-Coach; Game/event manager, marketing and sports information assistant. 

Mike started with North Shore Lacrosse as an intern fullfilling requirements for his degree in Business at Endicott College, with responsibilities ranging from coaching to market research.  A defenseman on the EC Lacrosse team, Mike quickly utilized his lacrosse background in the presentation of the NSL experience, focusing on proper event management, acting as the liason for the site director (women and men's league), and communication with parents, coaches, players, and refs. 

Brandon Dube -NSL Team Coach, Media and Film

Brandon is a stellar attackman on the #15 Nationally Ranked Endicott College Lacrosse team.  A junior from Danvers, MA, Brandon is a great asset to the NSL for his local knowledge of talent and ability to transfer his knowledge of scoring ability to the high school player. 

Eric Campbell-NSL Team Coach and Personal Skills Development Instructor

Eric is a sophomore midfielder on the EC Lacrosse team, and brings a passion to coaching seldom seen at any age.  Coaching for the Raptors Pro Team and on the NSL Varsity level, Eric provides leadership through action and demeanor.  Known to encourage individual instruction, he is always willing to go the extra step where help is needed or requested. 

Molly Moss-NSL Coach, Girl's Varsity League

Molly is from Yarmouth, Maine and is currently a junior at Endicott College.  Molly is a star middie on the two-time defending CCC Champion Women's Lacrosse Team, where her leadership and ability literally carry the team to the NCAA's every year-a true foundation for EC.  

Lauren Carelli-NSL Coach, Girl's Varsity League

Lauren, from Hollis, NH, is currently a sophomore at Endicott College and helps anchor the two-time defending CCC Champions as a member of the defense.  Lauren's first step speed provides a potent counter attack and quickly creates confusion for any offensive threats.

Alex Pearce-NSL Coach, Girl's Varsity League

Alex is an exceptional offensive talent in the Attack position, hailing from Underhill, Vermont.  A true goal scorer with a knack for finding the back of the net, her ability and calm leadership on and off the field will be a tremendous asset for the young women playing for the North Shore Lacrosse League.

Sheila Serafino-NSL Coach, Girl's Varsity League

Sheila returns to the North Shore Lacrosse League where she has played since our opening year and after a full year of lacrosse as goalkeeper at Divison I Boston College.  To say we are proud and lucky to have her on board as a coach would be an understatement.  With over 10 years of experience and several coaching stints at various high school and collegiate clinics, she will be an incredible addition to the Girl's North Shore Lacrosse League!
