COACHING OPPORTUNITIES
North Shore Lacrosse is looking for qualified individuals
to Coach our men's and women's summer league teams.

Coaches should have coaching skills and or playing experience as well as a foundation and adherence to the following principles:

• knowledge of high school lacrosse rules and regulations
• positive coaching philosophy for youth sports
• how to conduct fun, effective practices
• emphasis on equal opportunity for playing time
• sport-specific fundamentals
• the importance of role modeling for children
• coaches' code of ethics
• National standards for youth sports
